Delete your Birdieres account

Delete in Birdieres

1. Sign in to Birdieres.
2. Open Settings, then Account Details.
3. Select Permanently remove my account.
4. Review the warning and select Delete account permanently.

Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, use the email option below.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@birdieres.com from the email address on your Birdieres account with the subject “Birdieres account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

We delete your profile and credentials, active sessions, owned bookings and groups, booking-email submissions, Gmail and Google Calendar tokens, device tokens, notifications, preferences, friendships, and Pokémon collection from active systems. You are also detached from bookings organized by other users.

What may be retained

Limited records may remain when needed to preserve other users’ shared booking history, maintain security and audit integrity, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Your account link is removed from surviving shared records. Data may also remain temporarily in routine backups until those backups are overwritten.
